I remember I heard recently that BT employ a team to scour the web and social sites in order to identify unhappy customers with a view to making contact to try and resolve their issues. Petty they didn't pay attention to the customers who were actually phoning them in the first place. I recently had a 3 month battle with them over their BT Vision product -Resolved eventually.
