When I arrived home yesterday the trusty bicycle was still in its place outside Belfast City Airport, chained to the metal bars of the trolley park literally beside the main entrance.
It took me a while to get the case secured to the carrier-tray behind the saddle, though Timothy Belmont managed to fasten it satisfactorily in the event.
By Jove, it's still chilly! I have turned the central heating up a notch again, having turned it down about a fortnight ago.
I wish I was within cycling distance of the airport. The car park charges are sometimes more than the flight!
ReplyDeleteIndeed it was very handy, though everything needs to be manhandled over the footbridge!
