Scottish Landowners

I am considering a new series about the greatest Scottish landowners during the Victorian era.

This would comprise about three dozen individuals and their families in the same number of traditional Scottish counties.

Would readers be interested in this? Do let me know.

I would love to learn about Scottish Landowners! I've been over in Scotland for the past 2 years and don't know much about the local aristocracy.

Yes, that would be very useful. VC

As we Scots would say, 'Gaun yersel', which means, 'go for it'! Thanks again for the blog - tonic for every day.

The positive response has encouraged me to press ahead with what promises to be an auspicious new mini-series.

I will begin research and production in early November.

Go for it your Lordship! Bound to be some fascinating tales of industrialisation and links to our great families too.
