First Blackberries

I picked my first little batch of blackberries today; enough to make a blackberry and apple crumble.

I recall that last year I picked them at Gibb's Island, Strangford Lough.

Saw some today myself old chap, must make an effort this year and try to get enough to get a batch of wine on. It was jolly good stuff the last time I tried and quite strong on the alcohol front which is never a bad thing, what?!!!!!!!
Couldnt possibly give the recipe out here however, top secret stuff and all that tosh!!!
