Taberna Salmon

This evening I had the salmon steak with sauté potatoes and coleslaw at Juan and Ana's restaurant in Corralejo, La Taberna.

It appears to be customery here for fresh fish to be served on the bone, not my ideal scenario.

Nevertheless, La Taberna's salmon, despite the bones, was very good indeed and nicely cooked.

The alioli here is the best I've tasted on the island.

Juan is a fervent Real Madrid supporter and uses a scooter to commute to work.
