Spaghetti Bolognese

A fresh Spaghetti Bolognese, made mainly with large mushrooms, plum tomatoes, minced steak, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.

Timothy Belmont has devoured it, with nose-bag firmly affixed; and it was superb.

Just an fyi, putting mushrooms in Bolognese is something Italians find abhorrent. Seeing as you like protocol so much thought I'd let you know :)

Anon again. Not to worry. My wife is Italian and complains but I still do it, as I think it tastes better with mushrooms. Same idea as Hawaiian pizza, which makes her shudder but I'm partial to
