Prawn Salad

Tomato salad with large prawns and crusty bread with olive oil, prepared by the Kactus tapas bar in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands.

Only 3 prawns and a pile of tomatoes! Looks somewhat meagre. Mind you.... the tomatoes might well have been tastier than the prawns.

They must have had more tomatoes last night! The beef fillet pieces in oognac and cream are great value at about six or seven euros. Fries are €2.50
