Timothy Belmont has succumbed to Temptation and is sipping a Bombay Sapphire and tonic at a little cafe-bar with two cheerful young ladies running the joint, friendly service and wi-fi. Wi-fi is not hard to find here, in Corralejo.
I have Joy In The Morning, by PG Wodehouse, with me.
I am endeavouring to stay out of the sun's full glare today, having overdone it a touch yesterday. Ha!

It would be nice to see some photos!
Alas I haven't the camera with me: Travelling light!
Richard - were you requesting of Timothy or the 2 cheerful young ladies :-)
Hi Timothy. Funnily enough my good lady and I returned from a week in Corralejo last Friday! We had terrific weather all week and my fair Irish skin got a little bit over cooked. We found a number of good restaurants, notably a little Basque restaurant called 'Dovela' in La Iglesia near the harbour. If you are inclined, i highly recommend hiring a bicycle and cycling to El Cotillo along the coast, stopping off at the lighthouse. There is also an idyllic beach just outside El Cotillo so bring your trunks and a towel!. We also enjoyed the boat trip to Lanzarote.
